On July 20th, Xingfa Aluminium's 2024 college graduates training camp came to a perfect end! After the 20-day training, the new colleagues not only had a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the company’s overview and future development blueprint, but also gradually adapted to the requirements of the work both in mindset and thinking. They changed from young students to energetic and lively new workers and brought a strong new power for the development of Xingfa.
During the training, the new colleagues not only focused on the improvement of personal skills, but also pay more attention to teamwork and knowledge sharing. On the morning of July 20th, Xingfa held a team report meeting for the end of the 2024 college graduates’ training camp, to further consolidate the training results and stimulate the potential of new talents through communication and thinking. Every group representative carefully prepared and shared their study note, practical experience and future development plans. around the keywords of “Grassroots”, “Technology”, “Process”, “Talent Development”, “Intelligent Automation” and “AI”.
During sharing process, we not only heard the exploration and suggestions about technological innovation, but also felt the power of team collaboration. We brainstormed together and discussed how to apply what we have learned to practical work, to provide power for the innovation and development of Xingfa.

At the end of the event, Wang Li, Chairman of Xingfa aluminium, delivered a wonderful and profound summary of this report meeting with two “courage” as the core. To further strengthen the cohesion of the team and thanks for hardworking and effort of everyone during this period, on the evening of July 20th, the 2024 graduates brought a wonderful performance party for all the leaders and colleagues with full enthusiasm and careful preparation. They successful use diverse art forms such as dance, song, sketch and recitation that showed their team spirit and enthusiasm.
At the end of this performance party, we praised the outstanding students and teams, and then an inspiring chorus “Bauhinia Blossoms” brought a perfect end to today’s party.
