Unitized Curtain Wall

The indoor visual surface of unitized curtain wall is simple and unified with the sub-frame of the hidden frame curtain wall hidden in the groove of the keel, and the exposed frame, hidden frame and semi-hidden frame have the same effect, which has meanwhile solved the common problems of not aligning with the keel caused by the processing and installation error for the traditional sub-frame.

The section has a good mechanical property with the beam being closed profiles which are hard for torsional deflection with the panel's own weight compared to the traditional opening profiles.

The special surface treatment is not required for the glass sub-frame, because it is hidden in the groove of keel. No matter the keel is subject to which surface treatments, the sub-frame adopts anodic oxidation for surface treatment. The main column and beam are connected conveniently and reliably. The rear-end of the beam adopts stainless steel spring cotter, while the front-end uses aluminium alloy fastenings for effective connection with the stand columns. Both the spring cotter and fastenings are stressed jointly, which effectively reduces the torsional deflection of the beam due to the panel weight, and meanwhile solves the sequential installation problem of the traditional closed beam. Few profiles can be used. To be specific, 5%-15% profiles can be saved for the curtain wall per square meter compared with the market mainstream system profiles by means of the optimized design of the structure and wall thickness for the profile cross-section in combination with the corporate manufacturing equipment and process.
