Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xingfa) is headquartered in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Founded in 1984, Xingfa was listed on HKEX(Code:98) on March 31, 2008.From 2011 to 2018, Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Ltd.(Provincial State-owned Enterprise) and China Lesso Group Holdings Ltd. became part of the board ofXingfa respectively. This created a precedent of mixed ownership of state-owned and private-owned entities in China aluminium profile industry. Xingfa is a well-known large-scale enterprise specialized in producing architectural and industrial aluminium profiles in China. And Xingfa has edged into the front ranks of the worlds leading aluminium profile manufacturers.
Xingfa has participated in drafting and formulating 2 International Standards, 77 National Standards，and 33 Industry Standards of Aluminium Industry. Xingfa owns more than 1000 national patents of aluminium profile, offers over 600,000 aluminium products and industrial solutions, covering a wide range of applications such as construction windows and doors, curtain walls, electrical facilities, machinery equipment, railway transportation, aviation and aerospace, ship and vessel, etc. Relying on strong R&D capability and persistent pursuit of excellent quality, Xingfa has set up wide and stable sales networks throughout China and the world, with an aim to satisfy the high quality needs of the global customers.
In order to meet the rapid growth of market needs, Xingfa expanded the headquarter manufacturing base in 2009, and from then on, Xingfa continuously expanded 4 manufacturing bases in Chengdu(Sichuan Prov.), Yichun(Jiangxi Prov.), Qinyang(Henan Prov.) and Huzhou(Zhejiang Prov.). Xingfa thereafter has created a 7-base manufacturing layout in China local area.Xingfa has also started the setup of the Vietnam manufacture base, while its Australia manufacturing base is currently under construction and nearing completion.
